JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (April 9, 2019) – Annabelle Dalton, a medical support assistant at Naval Hospital Jacksonville’s Orthopedics Clinic, hands check-in papers to a patient. Dalton, a native of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, says, “I try to make a difference by always providing outstanding customer service and helping the staff provide high quality care.” April 30 marks the 2nd birthday of Navy Medicine’s Civilian Corps. The Civilian Corps joined the Medical, Dental, Medical Service, Nurse, and Hospital Corps as a means to support career and leadership development for Navy Medicine’s civilian team.
