INDIAN OCEAN (Jan. 6, 2020) – U.S. Navy Hull Technician 2nd Class Alexander Fleischer cuts square stock to fabricate a metal jig aboard the amphibious transport dock ship USS San Diego (LPD 22). The San Diego, with the Makin Island Amphibious Readiness Group, and the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit are conducting operations in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of responsibility.
