Task Force Spartan Division Tactical- Jordan Soldier U.S. Army Spc. Kaitlyn Jackson from Kyle, Texas, works to manually deploy the Satellite Transportable Terminals system for a validation exercise to relocate a tactical operations center, April 14, 2021. Soldiers worked together to secure the area and placed more than a mile of concertina wire. Jackson with a small team of Signal Soldiers ensured the computer network was immediately operational and able to provide the same critical level of situational awareness to command. This validation exercise provided hands-on training in real time and proved Task Force Spartan can be ready to move at a moment’s notice.
