The High Speed Vessel Swift anchors off the coast of Monrovia, Liberia, as part of West African Training Cruise 2008. The Swift will aid the Marines participating in the exercise by transporting them and their vehicles ashore in order to conduct a humanitarian assistance project throughout the city of Monrovia.
