The High Speed Vessel Swift moves into position as it prepares to moor to the Navy's new Improved Navy Lighterage System. The Swift was used to transfer Marines, vehicles and equipment ashore in order to complete humanitarian assistance missions throughout the city of Monrovia, Liberia.
