    (CAMDEN, NJ) – New Jersey Congressman Donald Norcross presents his challenge coin to Master Sgt. Anthony Persina at the Cooper Medical Center. Persina is a member of the 249th Engineer Battalion, which is performing 300 assessments to critical infrastructure throughout New Jersey as part of a regional training exercise. These assessments help determine requirements and expedite generator installations at critical lifesaving and life sustaining locations like hospitals, shelters, or water distribution sites, which enable short-term power restoration for communities while the more permanent power sources are being restored during a national disaster response.
