U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Devin Farnsworth, 168th Wing KC-135 boom operator, center, 25th Fighter Squadron, and 51st Fighter Squadron Maintenance Airmen, 355th Fighter Squadron flight doc, and the 354th physical therapist take a photo together on board a 168 WG KC-135 Stratotanker before taking flight for an aerial refueling mission, June 13, 2025. The Maintenance Airmen received incentive rides on an Alaska Air National Guard KC-135 in support of Red Flag Alaska 24-2. The flight doc increased his required flight hours for the aeromedical mission while flying with the 168 WG during Red Flag. The 168 WG has a unique role in delivering vital air refueling support in the Pacific and Arctic regions and plays a crucial part in every Red Flag at Eielson Air Force Base, ensuring the high operational tempo and teamwork exercise are refueled.
