U.S. Air National Guard Lt. Col. Dean Thibodeau, 168th Air Refueling Squadron commander and KC-135 pilot, and Lt. Nic Dwyer, 168th Wing KC-135 pilot, conduct preflight checks from the cockpit of a KC-135 Stratotanker prior to an aerial refueling mission and incentive flight during Red Flag Alaska at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska, June 13, 2025. The 168 WG also provided incentive flights to the 25th and 51st Fighter Squadron Maintenance Airmen during the Red Flag aerial refueling mission. The 168th Wing has a unique role in delivering vital air refueling support in the Pacific and Arctic regions.
