Torch Week is an annual event commemorating the Division's role in the invasion of North Africa in 1942, known as 'Operation Torch,' during World War II as well as to celebrate the division's history and honor the everlasting legacy of Iron Soldiers through a week-long sporting and morale-boosting events, which promotes camaraderie and cohesion throughout the organization.
