Marines with Construction Platoon cut a spool of wire in half so that they can secure rebar together Sept. 23 during Amphibious Landing Exercise 2014. Philippine Navy Seabees and the Marines bilaterally prepared supplies for a renovation project at Taysan Elementary School, Legazpi, Republic of the Philippines. Humanitarian and civic assistance projects during PHIBLEX 14 offer unique opportunities to build interoperability with our partner nations, while at the same time building capacity and sustainability for the future.
