Philippine Navy sailors and U.S. Marines work together to secure rebar to the top of a classroom Sept 24 during Amphibious Landing Exercise 2014. Phiblex 2014 utilizes humanitarian and civic assistance projects to build interoperability between Philippine and U.S. service members, while at the same time building capacity and sustainability for the future.
