Tech. Sgt. Chris Reiter and Airman 1st Class Ryan McMillen, 379th Expeditionary Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, 340th Aircraft Maintenance Unit, move an unserviceable brake unit from a KC-135 aircraft, Sept. 28, 2008, at an undisclosed air base in Southwest Asia. The brake set had to be replaced when a crack in the heat shield was detected during a post-flight inspection. Sgt. Reiter, a native of Farmington, N.M., is deployed from Fairchild Air Force Base, Wash. Airman McMillen, hailing from Warsaw, Ill., is deployed from McConnell AFB, Kan. Both are deployed here in support of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom and Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa.
