(March 3, 2015) World War II Navy Reserve veteran and Saint Paul native Richard Thill leads a chorus of “Anchors Aweigh” during a ceremony at the Minnesota State Capitol commemorating the Centennial of the Navy Reserve. Thill, along with 84 Reservist shipmates from Saint Paul, served aboard the destroyer U.S.S.
