GREAT LAKES, Ill., (February 24, 2015) – Hospital Corpsman 1st Class Sharon Barker recites the Sailor’s Creed in front Chief of Naval Personnel Fleet Master Chief April Beldo and Manpower, Personnel, Training and Education (MPT&E) Force Master Chiefs before a CNP/MPT&E Sailor of the Year (SOY) interview process in the Naval Service Training Command (NSTC) headquarters here, Feb. 24. Barker, the Naval Education Training Command (NETC) SOY finalist, from Recruit Training Command (RTC), joined two other finalists from various MPT&E commands for the week-long event. Vice Adm.
