CHICAGO, (February 25, 2015) – 2014 Chief of Naval Personnel (CNP)/MPT&E (MPT&E) Sailor of the Year (SOY) finalists enjoy a Chicago-style deep dish pizza at Giordano’s here, Feb. 25. The day trip to Chicago attractions was part of a week of activities. The finalists were (from left) Navy Counselor 1st Class Ryan A.
