Civilian contractors unscrew a gate from a valve casing during an Aug. 5 mission. They took the valve gate from the water pipeline supplying Q-West. The Mississippi Army National Guard's Mayor Cell Water Team, 2nd Battalion, 198th Combined Arms out of Senatobia, Miss., oversaw the mission to keep ensure that no one could shut off the flow, thus diverting water to unauthorized taps in the line.
