Soldiers of the US Army Reserve's 629th Forward Surgical Team from Columbus, Ohio, treat a Ugandan soldier. The Ugandan was working on a construction site when a steel beam fell from 20 feet, hitting him on the head. The 629th FST examined, stabilized and prepared him for medevac.
