David Zubler, a 2016 graduate of the United States Naval Academy, prepares to launch a boat during in-water testing at the 9th annual AUVSI Foundation and Office of Naval Research-sponsored International RoboBoat competition held in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Student teams design autonomous, robotic boats to navigate and race through an aquatic obstacle course.
