CAMP NAVAJO, Arizona (Aug. 15, 2016) – A midshipman candidate completes pull-ups for points as his teammates counts repetitions at the Navy Lt. Michael Murphy Medal of Honor run, push-up, pull-up, and squat station during the joint New Student Orientation competition Aug. 15, 2016, at Camp Navajo, Arizona. Candidates were divided into six teams and rotated through six stations to earn points. The University of Arizona NRTOC unit’s weeklong NSO training took place Aug. 12-19, with half combined in the Flagstaff area alongside freshman candidates from the University of New Mexico and Arizona State University NROTC units, and the second half at The University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona.
