SASEBO, Japan - Petty Officer 1st Class Kyle Foxwell, a native of Middletown, Del., attached to the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), checks for leaks after replacing the port shaft stern tube seal, onboard USS Pioneer (MCM 9), Oct. 16.
