170314-N-RN782-038 YOKOSUKA, Japan (March 14, 2017) Hospitalman (AW/SW) Christopher Marraquin, from Miami, places a tourniquet on Hospitalman Jonathan Litvak, from Phoenix, during a tactical casualty care course aboard the Navy’s only forward-deployed aircraft carrier, USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). The Sailors practiced applying tourniquets to all of their limbs. Ronald Reagan, the flagship of Carrier Strike Group 5, provides a combat-ready force that protects and defends the collective maritime interests of its allies and partners in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
