170315-N-BL637-120 BUSAN, Republic of Korea (March 15, 2017) Sailors from the Republic of Korea Navy welcome the aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70), after the ship pulled into Busan, Republic of Korea. The Carl Vinson Carrier Strike Group is on a regularly scheduled Western Pacific deployment as part of the U.S. Pacific Fleet-led initiative to extend the command and control functions of U.S. 3rd Fleet.
