190809-N-PP451-1003 FORT HUNTER LIGGETT, Calif. (Aug. 9, 2019) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5 have completed their homeport water well training evolution. The water well team conducts 24-hour drilling operations during training. The team completes and properly abandons a 600 feet deep practice-well, in addition to finishing development at a site drilled by NMCB-3. The water well is used by the base for training.
