Robert Newton during a formation on the first day of training exercise Kootenay Castor 2012 here. Kootenay Castor 2012 is a combined training exercise between the Washington Army National Guard and the Royal Canadian Army combat engineers to multilaterally enhance the soldier's skills and tactics.
