THULE AIR BASE, Greenland – The cargo ship, Ocean Gladiator, follows a Canadian Coast Guard ice breaker past icebergs in North Star Bay after delivering vital supplies to Thule Air Base, Greenland, as part of Operation Pacer Goose, Aug. 8, 2022. Located 750 miles north of the Arctic Circle, Thule AB is home to the northernmost deep-water port in the world, which is iced-in nine months of the year.
