In August the Syriac Heritage Museum in Erbil celebrated the launch of the renovated section of its permanent exhibition. The opening is a milestone of continuous work to preserve and present the cultural heritage of minority communities in Iraq. This heritage has been endangered, particularly after the ISIS attacks in 2014. The ceremony attracted Kurdistan Regional Government Officials and local and religious community leaders.
