FORT LEE, Va. (Oct. 4, 2006) - Sgt. William Mize (right), 11th Quartermaster Co., helps a Soldier with his rucksack at the end of the Urban Warfighter Orientation course. The course is just one of the many events that are part of the 5th annual NCO/Soldier of the Year "Best Warrior" competition. The ruck sacks are weighed before the event and must weigh a minimum of 35 pounds. The rucks are also weighed after the event to insure that they still weigh at least 35 pounds. Photo by Sgt.
