WELISARA NAVAL BASE, Sri Lanka (March 29, 2017) U.S. Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class Ryan Walker, a hospital corpsman with Battalion Landing Team 1st Bn., 4th Marines, 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), shows Sri Lankan Marines the proper way to apply a dressing to a wound during the tactical casualty combat care portion of a military tactics training and exchange at Welissara Naval Base as part of a theater security cooperation engagement, March 29. Over the course of the engagement, Marines with the 11th MEU, alongside Marines and Sailors with the Sri Lankan Navy will take part in basic military tactics exercises, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief training, and community relations projects.
