U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Stacy Maxey, Command Air Mobility Liaison Officer, Task Force CROM, teaches Romanian Army soldiers how to take a wind meter reading during a Landing Zone Safety Officer class. The class consisted of U.S. Air Force, Army, and Romanian Army personnel from Forward Operating Base Lagman, Afghanistan. Students were in the class to be certified to safely run the dirt landing and drop zone in the Zabul province near FOB Lagman.
