Staff Sgt. Brandon Craig, 807th Expeditionary Air Support Operations Squadron, Forward Operating Base Lagman, Afghanistan deployed from the 2nd Air Support Operations Squadron, Vilseck, Germany practices communicating with an aircrew via a radio during the hands on portion of a Landing Zone Safety Officer class. Students were in the class to be certified to safely run the dirt landing and drop zone in the Zabul province near FOB Lagman. The class was made up of U.S. Air Force, Army, and Romanian Army personnel. The class was taught by U.S. Air Force instructors from Task Force CROM.
