170910-N-ME988-0015 BRAS, France (Sept. 10, 2017) Sailors and Marines assigned to the Harpers Ferry-class amphibious dock landing ship USS Carter Hall (LSD 50) and players and families from the AES Bras soccer team take the field together before competing in a soccer game in Bras, France, Sept. 10, 2017. The Carter Hall team was invited to the town for a game and barbecue while the ship is in port in Toulon, France. Carter Hall is deployed with the Bataan Amphibious Ready Group and 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit to support maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations.
