Sgt. Jacob Preisler, a native of San Diego and cavalry scout assigned to 2nd Squadron, 13th Cavalry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division prepares for a simulated medical evacuation radio transmission, using information gained from a scenario to provide an accurate and timely report during the communications portion of the 1st Armored Division's 2019 Best Warrior Competition May 15 at Fort Bliss, Texas. Soldiers and Noncommissioned Officers from America's Tank Division were tested and assessed on their individual Soldier skills, fitness level, and military knowledge in order to distinguish the division’s top junior enlisted Soldier and top NCO.
