USAID is proud to support the Youth Network for Peace and Dialogue, which brings together over 30 young Iraqi activists from different ethnic and religious backgrounds. This diverse group includes Kurds, Arabs, Assyrians-Chaldeans, Shabak, Muslims, Christians, Yezidis, Zoroastrians, and Kaka'i.
Since 2018, the group has participated in workshops to create spaces for dialogue, trust building, leadership, and civic engagement. The Network also organizes smaller regional meetings where participants discuss issues and plan activities to improve their communities.
