    Frosty, a Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever mix less than two years old, is a service dog trained by Custom Canines Service Dog Academy of Madison, Wis. She was presented to Jay Wilson, a retired lieutenant colonel with the Wisconsin Army National Guard, July 24 at American Family Field™ in Milwaukee. Wilson was medically retired in May 2023 after 28 years of military service and multiple combat deployments. He works as an engineer with the Wisconsin Department of Military Affairs.
