Jay Wilson, a retired lieutenant colonel with the Wisconsin Army National Guard, was presented with a service dog named Frosty, a Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever mix, July 24 at American Family Field™ in Milwaukee. He works as an engineer with the Wisconsin Department of Military Affairs. The Wilson family will have physical custody of Frosty once several weeks of training are completed.
