Jay Wilson, a retired lieutenant colonel with the Wisconsin Army National Guard, and his service dog Frosty at his office in the Wisconsin Department of Military Affairs in Madison, Wis., where he works as an engineer. Wilson was medically retired in May 2023 after 28 years of military service and multiple combat deployments.
