Ms. Karla Orr has consistently demonstrated superior functional expertise through her outstanding performance, professional competence, and ceaseless efforts as a Mechanical Engineer and Design Manager. Her notable contributions include the continued successful management support for the Intelligence Production Complex MILCON, management of the Planning Charrette Report for the District Cooling Plan ERCIP MILCON, and design to repair and replace HVAC F/34023. Orr has also provisionally stepped up as CEN’s Fire Suppression subject matter expert to provide design review and advice on base-wide renovation projects for conformance with applicable life safety codes. Her accomplishments continue to positively reflect upon the 88th Civil Engineer Group and are noteworthy for someone at this early stage in their CE career.
