170811-N-FP690-322 PACIFIC OCEAN (Aug. 11, 2017) The guided-missile destroyer USS Halsey (DDG 97), front, guided- missile cruiser USS Bunker Hill (CG 52), middle, and the guided-missile destroyer USS Preble (DDG 88), rear, steam in formation behind the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) during a strait transit show of force exercise. The Halsey, Bunker Hill, Preble and Theodore Roosevelt are underway conducting a composite training unit exercise (COMPTUEX) as part of the Theodore Roosevelt Carrier Strike Group in preparation for an upcoming deployment.
