PUGET SOUND (Aug. 11, 2017) The Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74) transits Puget Sound. John C. Stennis is underway for sea trials three days ahead of schedule during a planned incremental availability (PIA) at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility.
