PORT HUENEME, Calif., (Sept. 14, 2017) – Naval Base Ventura County Honor Guard parade the colors at Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (NAVFAC EXWC) change of command ceremony onboard Naval Base Ventura County, Sept. 14. Capt. John J. Adametz, a Pennsylvania native, relieved Capt. Jayson D. Mitchell, as commanding officer.
