The purpose of the Expert Infantryman, Expert Soldier, and Expert Field Medical Badge or E3B event was to create experts at all levels, across all organizations, increasing the readiness and lethality of teams, squads, and platoons throughout 1st Armored Division and Fort Bliss units.
Known as the home of "America's Tank Division", Fort Bliss is one of the U.S. Army's premier strategic platforms. Events like the E3B strive to increase Soldiers' individual and collective readiness to increase overall proficiency and lethality.
