U.S. Army Soldiers mark points on a map during the land navigation evaluation as part of the Expert Infantryman, Expert Soldier, and Expert Field Medical Badge, also known as E3B, assessments held across Fort Bliss, Texas, Sept. 17, 2024. More than 900 Fort Bliss Soldiers took part in the weeklong E3B event held from September 16-20, 2024. Less than 30% of Soldiers who took part in the weeklong E3B event earned one of the coveted badges.
