Senior Airmen Casey Ostwinch of the 200th REDHORSE from the Ohio Air National Guard explains to Spc. Clapero how the concrete saw must be kept in aligned so that the saw will not "jump" which could cause injury to the person handling the equipment. This type of information is important as the specialist may find himself using the equipment at some part of the construction phase. Keeping everyone safe while on the job site is a number one priority especially during the construction of a small clinic will begin in Centro De Capacitacion Progoresandoon. The humanitarian mission, “Beyond the Horizon," will provide the locals, in several areas of the island, with two new clinics, two of which are medical and one dental clinic as well as two new classrooms for the schools.
