Various members of the United States military and members of the Chilean Army work together to create a rebar support system, which will be used in the concrete pouring of the footings for the foundation of a new building. Despite some language barriers, all of these members work together to get this project a good start so that the local village will have a new classroom at La Guaraza. The humanitarian mission, “Beyond the Horizons”, in Barahona, Dominican Republic will provide the locals, in several areas of the island, with two new clinics, two of which are medical and one dental clinic as well as two new classrooms for the schools.
