Senior Airman Anastasia Frye, of the 210th REDHORSE, New Mexico, uses a Hilti TE80 AVR combi hammer to drill holes into the soil. This will help another member who has to drive the rebar into the soil much easier. She is part of the REDHORSE team that is building a new classroom at La Guaraza where the children attend classes. The humanitarian mission, “Beyond the Horizon,” in Barahona, Dominican Republic, will provide the locals, in several areas of the island, with two new clinics, two of which are medical and one dental clinic as well as two new classrooms for the schools.
