Member of the 200th and 210th REDHORSE, Ohio and New Mexico, 231st Civil Engineering Flight, Missouri and Puerto Rico Army National Guard pose for a group photo. This is the end of first rotation to the Dominican Republic, a humanitarian mission. Many of the members worked on several of the sites helping to set the stage for the construction sites throughout Barahona Providence. With a member who helped with the drawings to a translator this has made this mission a success. The humanitarian mission, “Beyond the Horizon,” in Barahona, Dominican Republic, will provide the locals, in several areas of the island, with two new clinics, two of which are medical and one dental clinic as well as two new classrooms for the schools.
