Senior Airman Tyler Stober, of the 200th REDHORSE, Ohio, holds a piece of rebar while a fellow member ties the rebar to another piece of rebar. The rebar is being made into a frame that will be used to strengthen the concrete forms for the footings. These will be use the future of the new classroom that will be built at La Guaraza. The humanitarian mission, “Beyond the Horizons”, in Barahona, Dominican Republic will provide the locals, in several areas of the island, with two new clinics, two of which are medical and one dental clinic as well as two new classrooms for the schools.
