Tech. Sgt. Jerrod Walp, 210th REDHORSE, Ohio ANG, skims the top of the concrete to create and even smooth surface, which will make it easy for the surveyor to check if the footing is at the correct height. This is crucial as the footings will be used for the base of the wall for the new classroom at La Guaraza. The humanitarian mission, “Beyond the Horizon,” in Barahona, Dominican Republic, will provide the locals, in several areas of the island, with two new clinics, two of which are medical and one dental clinic as well as two new classrooms for the schools.
