A worker from a local cement company works the controls to the mobile concrete dispenser, which is used to make concrete for the new classroom at La Guaraza. Master Sgt. Timothy Chruchill observes the procedure of the cement being dispensed onto the footing of the new classroom that is under construction. The humanitarian mission, “Beyond the Horizon,” in Barahona, Dominican Republic, will provide the locals, in several areas of the island, with two new clinics, two of which are medical and one dental clinic as well as two new classrooms for the schools.
