Master Sgt. Mark Schneider, 210th REDHORSE, Ohio ANG, pours concrete into a section of the footing to help raise the level of the concrete. The footing must be level so when the walls are built they will not be crooked. This is crucial as the footings will be used for the base of the wall for the new classroom at La Guaraza. The humanitarian mission, “Beyond the Horizon,” in Barahona, Dominican Republic, will provide the locals, in several areas of the island, with two new clinics, two of which are medical and one dental clinic as well as two new classrooms for the schools.
